| How often is my target checked? |

You can select your own monitoring interval, anything from 5 minutes apart to 60 minutes, we recommend you select between 5 and 10 minutes apart. Each target you monitor can have different monitoring intervals. |

| How many sites can I check with an account? |

With each account you have 3 monitoring credits, and with each credit you can monitor a single target. If you need to monitor more targets then you can purchase additional monitoring credits for each target. See Pricing for more information. |

| Can you check the availability of FTP servers, email servers or news servers? |

At the moment we can only monitoring web sites (http and https) and DNS (Name Servers). Over the coming months we will be adding additional monitoring ability's. |

| What is the difference between the trial and paid for account? |
| |
Nothing. The trial account is basically a paid account, you just have the option of trying it for free for 14 days and only paying if you wish to continue with our service. On the trail account you are limited to the number of free SMS alerts you get, however you have unlimited email alerts. |

| How often can I make changes to my account? |

As often as you like. All changes are made though the Control Panel, at any time of day or night. |

| Is ordering online with you safe? |
| |
Yes. We have our own secure server and manage our own servers, therefore we can promise all your information and payment details are safe. Payment information is store encrypted and only un-encrypted when it comes to payment time. |

| What networks can you send SMS messages to? |
| |
We can send SMS messages to a number of different countries and networks. The best way of telling is to send a test message. Please contact us with your mobile/cell number and we can send a test message, that way you also get an idea of how quick the message is received. |

| If all your web sites suffer downtime, how do you stay up and continue monitoring? |
| |
Website Availability has monitoring stations in 4 different countries. Each countries network is unique compared to each other, therefore the chances of them all suffering a problem at the same time is very slim. Each of our station monitors the others and if a problem is detected with any other station, another station is instructed to take over the sites it monitors. |

| Can I pay in advance and is there any discounts? |

Yes, we can bill you for more than 1 month at a time plus we have a discount available for yearly payments. Please contact us with the length of time you wish to pay for in advance including your username. |

| I am paying for an account for my company, so I need a receipt to claim expenses? |
| |
You can view all your past receipts at any time though the Control Panel where you can also print them out. |
