You pay for Website Availability monthly in advance. At the start of each month you will be charged for the full month, along with any other additional options you have added since the last payment, such as SMS credits and additional monitoring credits.
Payment is taken by Credit or Debt card, and we accept all major cards. UK Customers who are pre-paying 6 months or more in advance can also pay by cheque or bank transfer. You can also pay in 1 of 5 different currencies, if your currency is not listed please select UK Pounds and your credit card or bank will convert the payment into your local currency.

Website Availability can send an unlimited amount of alerts by email at no extra cost, but we can also send alerts using SMS (Text Messaging) to most networks. You pay per message in advance by purchasing SMS credits, one credit = one message.
